Client work spans the US, EU, India, and the Middle East. I handle everything: architecture, development, deployment, accounting, tax compliance, and international client relationships.

Notable projects include a data visualization dashboard for a private equity firm, JustCARE (a drug store platform with real-time messaging and prescription management), the TecnoAndroid mobile app, and the CNSP cultural organization website. Handled the full stack independently across every project.

Led architecture and delivery of data visualization platforms at Novartis, managing three cross-functional teams across three parallel projects. Defined project structure, technology stack, and engineering standards from the ground up. Drove Agile/Scrum practices including PI Planning using JIRA, Confluence, and Miro. Led the development of Sm@rtEven, a WebRTC-based conferencing platform supporting both web streaming and traditional phone calling via Asterisk PBX. Architected the system in Node.js and React, integrating with an existing Java EE / JSP infrastructure.
